"Faithful Love" is being released in conjunction with the release of Glenna's first book, The Promise is His Presence: Why God is Always Enough. She wrote the song during the early stages of her book development, so you'll see some cross-over thematically as well as with some lines that appear in both the song and the book.

In writing the song, Glenna drew heavily from Psalm 139 and John 6:68. No matter the suffering or trials we experience, the Lord's presence is constant. The way He has expressed His steadfast love for His people is by being present with them.
